The senior SAP consultant is a seasoned expert who plays a crucial role in designing, implementing and optimizing SAP systems for our clients. With solid experience and deep knowledge of the SAP modules, they are responsible for giving strategic advice, running complex projects and guiding teams to make implementations succeed.

The senior SAP consultant acts as a “stream lead”, building a complete understanding of client needs and delivering tailored solutions that maximize added value.

Main responsibilities:

1 / Strategic advice and client management:

• Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business challenges and proposing SAP solutions that fit.

• Playing an active part in shaping clients' IT strategy and aligning it with their business objectives.

• Able to size a project within their area of expertise

2 / Solution design and architecture:

• Defining the architecture of SAP solutions, bringing in industry best practice.

• Framing and defining the workshop design approach, and being able to understand and articulate a client need and translate it into processes and tooling

• Designing complex, innovative solutions while accounting for technical constraints and each client's specific needs.

3 / Project management and leadership:

• Acting as stream lead in their field, from design through to final delivery, managing teams, budgets and deadlines.

• Mentoring and training junior and experienced consultants, sharing knowledge and building the team's skills.

4 / Advanced support and continuous optimization:

• Providing high-level technical support and resolving complex problems proactively.

• Identifying opportunities to continuously improve SAP processes and systems, working closely with client teams.

5 / Technology watch and innovation:

• Keeping up to date with the latest SAP technology developments and market trends.

• Taking part in conferences, training and professional events to maintain a high level of expertise and thought leadership.
