The KPC Digital Factory team is looking for a new fullstack developer.

You will take part in building web applications for our clients, in an agile format and to our code quality and delivery standards.

Project development:

• Working with end users to understand their needs and build a shared vision of the product

• Building and getting a client project off the ground

• Taking part in the agile ceremonies

• Working with the tech lead through the analysis and technical design phases

• Implementing the tasks while respecting clean code principles

• Taking part in code reviews and proposing improvements to code quality and architecture

• Preparing and presenting demos to end users

• Building and testing application features independently

• Implementing UX/UI designs in an application

• Following the application architecture principles validated by the technology teams

• Taking part in the structuring, decisive development work on the project

• Analyzing the client need and assessing its technical feasibility

• Analyzing and writing technical specifications and breaking work down into tasks within EPICs/US.

• Able to negotiate and prioritize a project backlog against technical constraints

• Stepping in during agile ceremonies on technical points and the priorities that follow from them

• Writing technical application and solution documentation

• Act as technical reference and help more junior colleagues with their technical tasks

• Contribute to the strategic and technological development of the Digital Factory team by working occasionally on R&D topics
