Actions open to all employees, every year.
Centered around a dedicated team, KPC involves all of its employees in the CSR approach. Anyone can propose ideas and projects throughout the year. We establish recurring events to foster a sustainable and evolving corporate culture.
We recycle.
Every March 18, Global Recycling Day, our teams organize a waste collection around our offices. A simple, concrete initiative that brings our employees together.
We are learning about the climate.
Digital Collage, Climate Fresk, our employees seek to understand the environmental issues of digital technology and climate change, in order to identify the actions within their reach.
We take care of our teams.
Every year in June, it is QWLT week, we organize workshops on sport, posture, nutrition, meditation, and reflections on work/life balance. These workshops are open to all.
