KPC, a leader in Data and Digital, announces the acquisition of LYS-Consulting, a Salesforce specialist, an early mover on Data/AI integration and a publisher of CRM AppExchange applications. The acquisition is part of KPC's strategic development plan in the Salesforce and AI market, continuing its commitment to innovation and excellence.

Strengthening Salesforce expertise and resources

KPC confirms its strategic investment in Salesforce, the leader in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. Bringing LYS-Consulting in adds sharp expertise and a further 15 people, taking KPC's Salesforce headcount in Lyon to 20, out of 80 consultants in total. The new team, half of them senior staff and partners from major digital players, will let KPC offer Salesforce solutions that are even more innovative and better suited to what its clients need.

Growing around Lyon and with major accounts

With this acquisition, KPC extends its geographic presence across the south-east quarter of France, particularly around Lyon, by establishing a second Salesforce hub alongside the one in Paris. That structure will let KPC serve its clients better across the whole of France, drawing on its 8 regional offices.

LYS-Consulting, which specializes in retail, luxury and manufacturing, with clients including names such as WOJO (an Accor and Bouygues Immobilier joint venture), Lyon Airport and Bouygues Construction, the Port of Barcelona, the State of Delaware in the USA and Onefinestay (an Accor subsidiary), will also help KPC grow its major-account business.

KPC is stepping up its work in innovation and artificial intelligence with the acquisition of LYS-Consulting. LYS-Consulting is recognized for its ISV positioning, having built and brought to market 4 innovative applications on the Salesforce AppExchange. Its AI expertise on Salesforce solutions is well ahead of the curve, already live at clients, and fits KPC's development strategy perfectly.
