Across the 2 years of the project, KPC provided the key SAP technical experts, from the like-for-like technical migration through to business process transformation and modernizing the user interface.

KPC led the pre-study and the prototype to validate the technical assumptions and the strategy, identify and quantify the SAP ECC objects affected, and plan the work packages.
