Aqualung Group has more than 800 employees and distributes its products in more than 90 countries.
With 9 ERPs across the group, Aqualung had no real central data platform (US and EMEA), and no single source of truth.

Data and queries duplicated many times over across the SQL, Excel and Access instances
Complex data governance and data quality that was hard to manage
A lack of scalability to adapt and align the various data layers
