From the framing phase through to migrating 100% of the business scope, KPC set up and validated Domofrance's Data Platform, supporting the teams through to independence.
Framing & foundation
A lasting, scalable data platform
Framing, industrialization and continuous integration for a data platform that lasts, stays agile and can evolve, with the governance to match. Setting up the tooling foundation per the architecture Domofrance chose, with monitoring, supervision and alerting.
Property Data & migration
From the first scope to 100% of the business
Delivering a first business scope around Property to validate the data platform, then migrating each business scope in turn, documenting the development and modeling the ERP, which had no documentation.
Skills & governance
Business teams working independently
Training and coaching Domofrance's teams through to independence, with a training plan for 120 people on Power BI across 3 levels. Putting governance in place defining roles and responsibilities, with support for the Data Owners and Data Stewards.
